Our solution provides users with the capability to search the LitigationCafe database using their own query parameters. This ensures that only the items of interest to each user are displayed. In other words, we give you access to the names and addresses of those in need of legal or other services. You get the information quick and you get it in a format that you can use. Then, you can sort the information based on geography and/or demographic indicators such as race, gender and age. Then, with the click of a mouse you can print your work product or submit the data back to us and we'll print and mail personalized letters for you. Easy.

Of course, different users prefer different levels of involvement. That’s why LitigationCafe was designed to be flexible enough to satisfy a very broad range of users. If you prefer a hands-on approach, the LitigationCafe solution will simply show you the data that you want to see. What you do with it after that is up to you.

On the other hand, you can elect to let us do all of the work. First, we’ll filter the data according to your preferences. Then, we’ll print and mail your own personalized letter to prospective clients. You can submit multiple letters and then associate each with the appropriate offenses.

Of course, the best solution for you may be something in between. We provide the tools that allow you to customize LitigationCafe solutions to meet your exact requirements. Whether it’s your staff or ours that produces, packages, and mails the final product, you’ll always have the ability to track the profitability of your solicitations using LitigationCafe functions and reports.

Following is a brief description of our current solutions:

Pricing:  A monthly subscription fee is charged for LC.one, with discounts provided for extended commitments. Subscription rates may vary depending on the number of the counties and the population of the counties desired. 

If you elect to utilize the LC.two solution and/or the LC.three solution, you’ll be charged a per letter fee. The fee covers all materials including paper and envelopes, as well as postage. Beyond the per letter fee, there is not an additional subscription charge required to gain access to LC.two and LC.three services.
